The trend of mixing metals in home décor continues to rise, and Moen is making it easy for homeowners and designers to embrace it with the launch of the new Nio™ kitchen faucet collection. Nio provides the ultimate in personalization by allowing consumers to easily swap out the faucet’s handle with a complementary accent finish.
“The kitchen is often the most popular space to mix finishes as it’s likely to have the greatest number of fixtures,” said Ann Pringle, kitchen product manager, Moen. “Nio allows consumers the opportunity to embrace this trend with a simple swap that carries big impact.”
Nio is currently available in Chrome, Spot Resist™ Stainless and Matte Black finishes; it will be available in Moen’s new Black Stainless finish in Q3, 2019. Each faucet comes assembled with a handle in its respective finish, and also includes an alternate handle in a secondary finish option so users can simply replace and enjoy an elevated design. The Chrome and Spot Resist Stainless faucets feature an extra Matte Black handle, while Matte Black faucets are paired with a beautiful Brushed Gold finish and Black Stainless faucets include a complementary handle in Moen’s Spot Resist Stainless finish.
Much of Nio’s appeal stems from its tall stature that is perfectly balanced with a soft modern style so consumers can make a statement at the sink. In addition to the custom handle feature, one of Nio’s most distinctive elements is the innovative, integrated pulldown spray wand which nests neatly inside the spout. The concealed design enables users to enhance their experiences with water through great style and innovation as it provides additional functionality without disrupting the sleek appearance. The collection also features a non-pulldown bar/prep faucet for a coordinated look throughout the kitchen.
