We love bacon! And combining it with a veggie makes us feel good about ourselves. The weather is turning cozy, so here we present a delish Fall recipe to warm your belly. (and it’s easy, impress your friends and family without breaking a sweat).
INGREDIENTS
3 bunches of broccoli cut up into florets
4-5 pieces of bacon cut into small pieces
2 cloves garlic minced
Sea Salt – a few shakes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 of a lemon
Parmesan cheese – a few shakes
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
2. Arrange broccoli florets in a roasting pan (or cookie sheet). Sprinkle bacon pieces throughout. Add minced garlic, olive oil and shakes of sea salt.
3. Get dirty! Mix up with your hands until ingredients are distributed evenly and broccoli is in a single layer. Pop in the oven for 20 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven, squeeze lemon juice and shake some Parmesan. Stir it up and bowl in a bowl.
Done and done.
