Dr. Jessica Downs studied Biology at the University of Central Missouri and went on to attend optometry school at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.  She has been in private practice in Troy, Winfield and Bowling Green since 2008.  Dr. Downs is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), Missouri Optometric Association (MOA) and the St. Louis Optometric Society (SLOS).  Locally, she is a member of the Winfield Lions Club.  She has an interest in Pediatric Ophthalmology and enjoys working with the families in our community. She and her husband live in Troy, Missouri with their 2 sons.
